Redesign

Three ways in

Services

Pick the smallest step that gives you enough certainty to decide.

Website redesign

A rebuild of an existing site around how the business actually sells, not a reskin of the old layout.

  • Clear information hierarchy and one obvious next step per page
  • Mobile treated as a designed state, not a media query bolted on
  • Measurable conversion path, instrumented from day one

Performance and technical repair

Fixing the measurable problems: slow loads, unoptimised images, broken metadata, inaccessible markup.

  • Core Web Vitals measured before and after, with the numbers shown
  • Semantic markup, keyboard navigation, real focus states, checked contrast
  • SEO foundations: metadata, sitemap, structured data, clean URLs

Website audit

A scored, explainable review of an existing site across performance, mobile, content clarity, conversion and technical quality.

  • Every score traceable to a measurement or a cited observation
  • A prioritised list, not a list of everything that could be changed
  • Useful whether or not the redesign is bought from us

The instrument

28 rules, 100 points, published.

The whole rubric, so you can decide whether you agree with it before you let it judge your site. Anything we cannot measure is removed from the scale rather than scored, and the report says which rules those were.

What it does not score: whether the site says the right thing about you. No instrument does that. That part is a written read, and it is the part the redesign is actually about.

Performance
25 pts

6 rules. LCP, CLS, TTFB, transfer weight, image weight, request count.

Mobile
20 pts

4 rules. Viewport, horizontal overflow at 390px, tap target size, reserved image space.

SEO
18 pts

7 rules. Title, description, one h1, structured data, Open Graph, sitemap, robots.

Accessibility
15 pts

4 rules. Declared language, image alt text, labelled fields, heading order.

Conversion
12 pts

3 rules. A recognisable call to action, a way to make contact, enough copy to explain the offer.

Technical
10 pts

4 rules. HTTPS, HSTS, modern image formats, clean collection.

How it is built

Nothing to keep running.

Every page is prerendered and served from a CDN. There is no server, no database and no plugin to patch, which is why these sites do not rot between visits. Measured on this page, and you can check it in your own network tab.

JavaScript shipped
0 KB

On the public pages. The content editor is a separate page and loads its own.

Stylesheets
1 file
Typeface
34 KB

One variable file, self-hosted, latin subset.

Rendering
static

Prerendered HTML on a CDN. Nothing to keep running, nothing to patch.
